We’ll ask what you’re picturing for your home and what’s frustrating you about the space as it is now. If it sounds like a fit, we’ll set up a site visit to measure the space in person and give you a ballpark idea of cost before you commit to anything.
No. The first call and the site visit are both free. If you decide to move forward from there, the next step is a $2,500 pre-construction agreement, which puts our in-house CAD designer and engineer to work on your actual floor plans and a fixed-price proposal.
Our focus is Clear Lake, League City, Friendswood, and Webster, and we also take on projects throughout Galveston County and the greater Houston area.
