Q: What is your experience with the type of project I need done?
A: We have been in the construction and remodeling business since 2009. We have constructed homes from the ground up, moved load-bearing walls, converted garages, built additions onto existing structures, and completed total kitchen and bathroom remodels. These are just a few
examples of the larger projects we have completed. We have even built a sound-proof room for a recording studio.

Q: How do you keep up to date with the latest practices in homebuilding and remodeling?
A: We are honored to be members of the Greater Houston Builders Association. In order to stay up to date on the most recent code updates, styles, trends, and the industry’s best practices, our team frequently attends additional workshops and training.
Q: What is your current timeline for starting new projects?
A: For projects that do not require extensive design work or engineering, we can typically start in 3-5 weeks from contract signing. For larger projects that require design or possibly engineering, we can present the first stage of design in 3-4 weeks. Construction on these projects is dependent on the client selections.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Having insurance is required to obtain permits from cities. We maintain a 2 million dollar general liability insurance policy and full workmen’s compensation insurance. We require all of our subcontractors to have liability insurance.
Q: What warranties or guarantees do you offer on your work?
A: We provide a 1 year warranty on all workmanship and materials; a 2 year warranty on items related to the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, and mechanical systems; and a 10 year warranty on major structural defects that affect the load-bearing components of a home.
